On the afternoon of August 14, 2018, President Cai Donghu and Chief Secretary Chen Zhendong of National Union University of Taiwan led more than ten backbone members of the mainland branch of National Union University Alumni Association to visit Tongguang (Jiangsu) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. in Bacheng, Kunshan, and received a warm reception from Mr. Chen Chongguang, Chairman of Tongguang Technology and Chairman of the mainland branch of Tongguang Alumni Association. Secretary Gu Wenhua, Mayor Wang Ye, Deputy Mayor Liu Shasha and Director Zhang Yufeng of Bacheng Town met with Taiwan guests.

The delegation led by President Cai Donghu visited Tongguang Technology's new product research and development laboratory, application technology laboratory and Kaisituo product exhibition hall with great interest, listened to Chen Chongguang's brief report on Tongguang Technology's founding and development, and Liu Shasha, deputy mayor of Bacheng Town, introduced the investment environment and investment promotion policies of Bacheng Town.

The guests congratulated Tongguang Technology on its fruitful achievements in the field of new materials and biomedical materials technology, fully affirmed the achievements of the two sides in the industry university cooperation, and had a better understanding of Taiwan's policies and investment environment in the mainland.
