In the afternoon of October 13, 2016, led by Xu Zhiliang, Deputy Director of Kunshan Transformation and Upgrading Office, and Wang Hua, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Bacheng Town, a delegation of 6 leaders from Kunshan City and Bacheng Transformation and Upgrading Office visited our company on the spot.

In order to fully implement the national innovation driven strategy, highlight the main body of enterprise innovation, and accelerate regional transformation, upgrading, innovation and development, Kunshan City has implemented the 'six-year action plan for transformation, upgrading, innovation and development' since 2015. This year, the Kunshan Science and Technology Bureau, the Finance Bureau and the Office of the Transformation and Upgrading Leading Group jointly released two application guidelines: '2016 Kunshan Municipal Science and Technology Special Project' and '2016 Kunshan Science and Technology Innovation Project'.

Two scientific and technological cooperation projects carried out by our company with Taiwan Union University and China Agricultural University were officially approved by Kunshan City as 'international and overseas scientific and technological projects' and 'customized and reserved scientific and technological achievements projects'.

The leaders of the investigation team listened to the report on the progress of the company's project, inspected the project research and development laboratory and instruments and equipment on the spot, and hoped Tongguang would take the project cooperation as an opportunity to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
